Lakebound Marine brings custom GatorStep boat flooring to Key West. GatorStep is a non-slip EVA foam boat decking — a modern marine flooring that replaces worn carpet, hot fiberglass nonskid, and peeling older foam pads. Replacing worn EVA decking — including aging SeaDek installs — is one of the most common jobs we do. Every install starts with your boat: we pick colors and a design to match, template it with photogrammetry, and you approve an art proof of your exact deck before anything gets cut. We're on the ground in Key West one week every month through fall and winter — measuring boats one visit and installing the next, right at your slip, marina, or trailer.
