Lakebound Marine installs custom-fit GatorStep boat flooring for boaters across the Knoxville area. Every kit is templated from your boat with photogrammetry, CNC-cut in Lenoir City, TN, and installed by the same person who measured it — no universal templates, no guesswork.

GatorStep is a durable EVA foam decking that replaces slick fiberglass and worn marine carpet — comfortable, grippy, and easy to clean. We build every kit around your boat and how you use it: colors, plank lines, and design details you approve before anything gets cut. We install on wakeboats, fishing boats, pontoons, and cabin cruisers.

  1. Free Quote

    Call or send the quote form — we'll talk through your boat, coverage, and colors. Meet at our indoor shop or we come to you.

  2. Photograph & Template

    We photograph your deck and build a precise digital template with photogrammetry — your boat's actual curves, hatches, and hardware.

  3. Design & Art Proof

    Your layout is drawn in CAD and you approve an art proof of your exact boat before anything is cut. Kits are CNC-cut locally in Lenoir City, TN.

  4. Install

    We prep every surface and install the kit on your boat — most installs are done in a few hours.
